SDL_image port for Atari.
This helper library for SDL applications is used to load picture image files. The archive must be depacked under '/', new files will be installed to '/usr/local'.

You will also need libjpeg, libtiff and libpng development files available on Sparemint, or more recent versions I also compiled and available this site.
